Honey Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

4 C unsalted popcorn
1/3 C raw honey (raw wildflower honey or raw buckwheat honey)
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 C Muscovado sugar or brown sugar
1/2 T heavy cream

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add honey, butter, Muscovado sugar, and cream stir until mixed thoroughly.
  3. Add popcorn, stir until fully coated
  4. Spread into a buttered casserole dish and bake for 10 min. Be sure not to over cook.
