Orange Blossom Honey Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
8 large navel oranges sliced then peeled
1/4 C raw orange blossom honey
3 T pomegranate syrup
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t fine sea salt
8 large dates, pitted, chopped

Directions:
  1. In a lipped baking dish or serving platter arrange orange slices, overlapping slightly in rows.
  2. In a small sauce pan over medium heat mix orange blossom honey, pomegranate syrup, cinnamon, and salt until honey is liquid and ingredients are combined remove and cool
  3. Once completely cooled pour over oranges.
  4. Sprinkle on chopped dates. Serve
