Ingredients:
2-1/2 lbs. thawed chicken wings
1 cup
raw honey (
raw wildflower honey or
raw buckwheat honey)
2/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons curry powder
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine first four ingredients; stir over medium heat until blended. Arrange chicken in a baking dish; cover with honey mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes turn and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
