Ingredients:
2 C maple syrup
2 T butter
ΒΌ t cream of tartar
Scant dash of salt
Directions
- Grease a 7x7 sheet pan
- Add all ingredients to a small, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil. DO NOT stir
- When mixture reached 280 degrees remove from heat and pour onto prepared pan
- Break into pieces when cool
