Ingredients:
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
¾ C hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
1/3 C maple syrup
2 T butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Melt butter in pan. Add sprouts and sauté until fork tender
- Pour in maple syrup, bring to a boil
- Add hazelnuts and stir. Cook until liquid turns to a glaze
- Season with salt and pepper and serve
