Maple Syrup "Ice Cream"

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ C maple syrup
1 ½ C crushed pineapple, with juice
½ C pecans, chopped
1 oz. tub whipped topping

Directions:

  1. Beat together cream cheese and maple syrup
  2. Add pineapple and pecans, mix well
  3. Fold in whipped topping
  4. Freeze before serving
