Milk and Honey Loaf

Ingredients:

1 cup graham flour
1 cup unbleached white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup raw buckwheat honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F
  2. Butter a loaf pan
  3. Put the graham flour in a mixing bowl
  4. Sift the dry ingredients over the graham flour
  5. Measure the milk into a bowl and incorporate the honey at steady stream.
  6. Pour the wet mixture onto the flour and beat until well combined.
  7. Pour into the loaf pan and bake about 50 minutes, until  browned.

Makes 1 loaf
