Sustainablility ~ Agroecology ~ Heirlooms ~ Garlic ~ Earth Building Squash Blossom Farm grows Heirloom and Organic Greens, Vegetables,Flowers and Medicinal Plants and follows a "No Dig" method once beds are worked. We incorporate compost, mulch, cover crops and green manures to maintain a healthy, balanced growing environment. Our low impact gardens are worked by hand and companion planted. We practice crop rotation and growing plants for beneficial insect. We continually try to extend our growing season with our hoop houses, high tunnel and greenhouse.
