Graylight Farm

Graylight Farm is a small family farm in Columbia County, run by Eric & Martha Suquet. We farm on 12 acres of hilly ground that was formerly hay and grazing land. We grow vegetables without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, relying on natural methods of pest and disease control, and are committed to building the health of our soil. We raise pigs on fresh pasture without hormones or antibiotics. We are committed to biodiversity, growing heirloom vegetable varieties and raising heritage livestock breeds whenever possible. We aim to provide our customers with fresh, nutritious, ethical, and delicious food. Our products are available at the Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market in Hillsdale, NY, Random Harvest Market in Hillsdale, NY, and the Philmont Cooperative in Philmont, NY. We also sell to local restaurants and distributors, and offer bulk purchases of pork products.
