The region's premier farmers market opened in August 2008. This $4.5 million dollar facility features 43 fully coverd booth spaces with electricity in all spaces and amphitheatre. We are located in Salaville, the historic district of Westwego.
Open Saturday year round 8:30am to 12:30pm. There is ample free parking and sparkling clean restrooms.
We accept Dept of Agrgiculture Senior Coupons.
We have the freshest local produce, Louisiana seafood, value added products, prepared foods and hand crafted items. Saturday market has live music. Facility is available for private parties and local events.
