We are returning the "farm to table" aspect of dinner and making it about connecting to what we are surrounded by family, food, and memories. Chase Corte, Head Forager for Chasing Fresh, has a connection with the earth in his hometown of Fairhope, the county he grew up in, and the state he loves. Chase comes from a family of farmers of Baldwin County for nearly 120 years. We all love the idea of eating from the farm down the road that we pass by each week, and Chasing Fresh is the way that desire becomes a reality. "I want to take locals back to the basics while taking myself back to my roots with a 21st century twist,"says Corte. Chasing Fresh offers everything from fruits, vegetables, and herbs to local honey, breads, and farm eggs. Our growers are 100% local, and the majority of them practice organic and hydroponic methods.
