All our produce is grown in high density urban areas that used to be unproductive lawns. We do this using 100% natural, organic methods and minimal amounts of fossil fuels. Every year we strive to revolutionize how we farm in order to reshape our local food system to be more environmentally sustainable and socially responsible.
