Hlubik Farms

Our Farm Market is located on our family-owned farm, where we have been farming for 3 generations. We are not organic, but use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) methods to reduce the amount of pesticides used. We only apply them after a pest threshhold is reached, instead of on a regular schedule. We produce a wide variety of vegetables and berries, including raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, corn, tomatoes, peppers and melons. We even carry some heirloom varieties of tomatoes. We buy in fruits from the wholesale market to round out our stock and we carry a variety of vinegars, jams, and salsas as well as locally produced honey. We raise our own brown eggs, which are available year-round.

Schedule and Location:

We have a booth at the Trenton Farmers' Market, which begins in mid-April (Th-S 9am-5pm) with plants, asparagus, and berries, and starts full-swing in July (T-S 9am-5pm). The stand at TFM will run through November. We also set up at the Lawrenceville Farmers' Market (Sundays 9am-1pm) beginning in June

Schedule and Location:

Our roadside farm stand is located at 92 Georgetown-Chesterfield Rd (or Rt 677, if you use a Garmin GPS system). We open in mid-April with limited manned hours and self-serve 7 days, from 9am to 5pm. In July we begin full swing with an array of vegetables and fruits (including some early tomatoes grown in the ground in a cold-frame house) 7 days a week from 8am to 7pm. In October we reduce hours to 7 days a week 9am to 5pm (with some manned hours and some self serve) but continue to have corn and field grown tomatoes until first frost, as well as a variety of squashes and fall decorations. After Thanksgiving, we have wreaths, garland, trees and grave blankets available. Decorations can be custom made or you can buy them pre-made.

Best corn and best strawberries you could ever eat. Be nice if they went full organic but quality is definitivly high. I grew up on a farm in Vermont and spent time working there at Hlubik farms last summer they have the sweetest corn.... [more]
