We have been growing fruits and vegetables by the organic method outside of Champaign, Il. since 1985. We primarily sell at the Saturday Urbana Farmer's Market (since1988) and through our own Brackett-CSA (since 2001) with pickups at our home in Champaign. We grow strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, black currants, blackberries, blueberries, apples and pears, as well as more than 30 types of vegetables. Nutritious, delicious, safe, local, fresh produce from pampered soil!

We are looking for people who can be somewhat adventurous in their eating habits, willing to try things they haven't eaten before, as well as many usual staples. We try to grow as wide a range of fruits and vegetables as we can, limited more by our Midwestern location than by our abilities and inclinations. One doesn't have to be a gourmet to enjoy the full flavor of our produce, though it could turn you into one. We'll grow it for you so you can just enjoy what real food tastes like.
