Sally's Fields is primarily a small (20 family) CSA with one pickup location in Springfield and one location in Chatham. We also sell about one Saturday a month at the downtown Springfield Farmer's Market. We raise vegetables and fruit using sustainable practices, largely avoiding chemicals and using crop rotation, row covers, cover crops, and a lot of sweat equity to make our soil and our plants healthy and productive. Sally's Fields offers CSA shares for pickup in Chatham and Springfield, Illinois. Our produce is grown using sustainable practices in rural Sangamon County near Loami. We also sell produce at the Downtown Springfield Farmers' Market about one Saturday a month.
