Colab Farms is your year-round source for fresh specialty produce grown right here in Martin County. We grow fresh market vegetables, herbs, flowers, seasonal tropical fruits, and more, for local chefs and home kitchens alike. Our mission is to provide reliable, clean, safe, healthy food grown in a sustainable way. We aim to protect our environment by growing intensively in greenhouses using cutting edge hydroponic and aeroponic technologies - with appropriate perennial crops and regenerative soil-building practices outdoors - limiting our impact on our local land and watershed.

We choose only the best tasting, most colorful, and most nutritious heirloom and new hybrid varieties of veggies; and we grow using only OMRI-approved materials for pest and disease management.
