Our farm has just added grass-fed lamb! Your choice to buy whole lamb or special cuts. Cheviot fleece available also.
We still have lots of chickens, horses, dogs and cats. Rhode Island Reds and New Hamshire Red hens roam naturally all day. They provide brown eggs almost year round.
We grow a large garden. All naturally specializing in salad greens, Mizuri, tatsoi, curly cress, arugula, red mustard, leaf lettuce.

Whole lamb $5/#, plus delivery fee. plus processing - avg weight = 140#.
Individual prices; Deboned lamb roast $12/#; Loin and leg of lamb $8/#; ground lamb $6/#. Whole lamb processed price is $6.25 per pound before shipping.
