We are a small scale regenerative organic family farm. We use bio intensive farming methods to produce remarkably high yields in a small space.
We have adopted the NoTill farming method, which allows us to take the best care of our soil health.
The beds are continually replanted through the growing season and year round in hoop houses. We do this by maintaining very fertile soil. We use permanent beds that reduce our soil disturbance. Beds are not tilled but prepped by hand with a broadfork to loosen soil then lightly tilthed and raked. This reduces weed pressure, increases organic matter and reduces disease pressure. Regular applications of compost maintain and increase healthy biological soil life.
