The Omaha Community Bicycle Shop is located at 525 Webster Street, very close to 33rd and California Street and only two miles west of downtown Omaha. All proceeds coming from produce sales will be put into the community bicycle shop. Durring the growing months we grow a wide selection of seasonal vegetables, herbs, cut flowers and a few fruits. All of our crops are grown organically. We are looking forward to expanding our crops to include a much wider selection of vegetables, fruits, and nuts...as well as eggs.
We are currently accepting new customers. Deliveries are made on Sunday afternoons and are available either weekly or bi-weekly.
Our delivery area is limited to the central Omaha area. Contact us to see if we make deliveries to your neighborhood. If we are unable to deliver, boxes are available for pickup at our bicycle shop.
We only require monthly commitments. Four weekly deliveries are $100 and two bi-weekly deliveries are $50. If you are going to be out of town we ask that you arrange for a friend/neighbor to pickup the box or alternatively we can provide the box to a local food bank.
Boxes contain approximately 1 bushel of seasonal produce and usually consist of 10-15 items. Produce included in boxes changes weekly depending on time of season. Below is a listing of what will be included in the August.
