Cory and Jessie Schmitt pride ourselves in providing a wide variety of locally grown, naturally grown vegetables and herbs to our customers. We are proud to offer freshly harvested vegetables/herbs that with the correct amount of ripeness before being harvested. We grow our crops without any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We enhance/maintain the soils with crop rotation, hand cultivation and cover crops. We also offer the highest of quality registered Black Angus beef. Both grain finished or grass finished beef is available in a wide variety of USDA cuts.
