Full Plate Farm is a diversified fruit and vegetable farm, which was founded on family owned land in 2014 by Laura Brosius. Before setting out to farm on her own Laura spent three years working for Rosie Creek Farm near Fairbanks, AK. Joseph Franich, a fourth generation farmer, joined Full Plate Farm in it's first season. After a successful first season Laura and Joe purchased 20 acres of their own and moved their operation to its current location near Skandia, MI. Full Plate Farm does not use any chemical fertilizers or synthetic chemicals, and is committed to providing the local community with fresh fruits and vegetables of the highest quality. Full Plate farm buys organic seeds when available, and chooses varieties based on flavor first. You may purchase our produce at the Downtown Marquette Farmers Market, or by purchasing one of our CSA Share options.
