The Cultiva Youth Project is a youth-run, organic market garden in Boulder. Each summer, we employ 60 teenagers with diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Cultiva participants come together to work in the fields and greenhouses, learn new skills, gain confidence, make friends, and grow as individuals and as a community.
