Destiny's Garden Herbs has been in existence for over 30 years (with a brief hiatus here and there). We sell and deliver to area restaurants, and to the general public via farmers markets and special orders. Our products include all organically grown (non-certified) herbs, edible flowers, heirloom vegetables, and wild harvested foods. While we do not have a public storefront or regular hours, we are always happy to answer any questions. Chefs always welcome to inquire -- we know how important it is for you to know where your foods come from!

Our plots are currently located in an urban setting at our home, built in 1905. We forage sustainibly in eastern Iowa and Wisconsin.

Regarding "Certified" organic status: There is no option for designating ourselves as "Organic, non-Certified", therefore we chose the options "naturally grown" and "transitional" which are not close to accurate. We are a small seasonal business. We guarantee that there are no chemicals used on our land or plants, seed comes from non-GMO, open pollinated sources or by our own seed saving practices only, and our land has been chemical free for 30 years. We cannot afford the expense involved with getting the official certification. Hopefully we can on down the road, but for now you can still rest assured that items you get from us are all chemical, poison, growth hormone, and GMO free.
