Products include free range eggs, free range duck eggs, pastured chicken and turkey, vegetables, sourdough bread, and baked goods. In the future, we will produce pastured pork and grass fed, grass finished beef.
We grow sweet corn, dry corn, beans, peas, tomatoes, peppers, squash, kale, greens, lettuce, onions, and okra. We use a mix of heirloom seeds in addition to saving and replanting our own seed in order to develop locally-adapted varieties.
Beginning in spring of 2024, we will offer a CSA that will include meat, eggs, vegetables and produce, and sourdough bread. Contact us to be put on the waiting list and be notified when we open subscriptions for the CSA.
We sell at the Jackson Square Oak Ridge farmers market, and provide scheduled pickups at our commercial kitchen in Rockwood. You can contact us to purchase and pick up, or just visit us at the farmers market.
