Mitzy's Garden in sunny Costilla, New Mexico, just shy of the Colorado Border, has been growing organic fruits and vegetables for three years. But we have been studying organic farming and natural health for decades. We are Mitzy and Joe Lancaster. We've raised a big, happy, family in New Mexico for nearly 20 years. We know how hard it can be to provide healthy food for your family and how important quantity and variety are. � So this year, we're celebrating our farming success by opening up 12 acres of our 40-acre irrigated farm to the community to share the harvest that clean water, bright sunshine and untainted soil can produce.
