Belvidere Farmer's Market & Crafts

The original Belvidere Farmer's Market and Crafts opened in 1987 as the Hometown Market. The original Market was held on Saturdays in the Blackhawk State Bank Parking lot. The Market has moved locations and changed many times over the past years. It has been located in the parking lot at the Dodge Lanes Bowling Alley since 2004. We have farmers & vendors offering fresh produce, plants and flowers, baked goods, and many craft vendors offering quilts, bird houses, jewelry, sugar scrubs, garden ornaments, hand wood-crafted chairs and tables, paper-cutting art, bibs, rugs, and much more. We also offer several special guests throughout the season including the Master Gardeners from the University of Illinois Extension office who are on hand to answer all of your questions about you gardens, plants, and landscaping. We are open on Saturdays from 9am until 12:30pm beginning the first Saturday in June through the end of October.
