Slow Roots Farm

Slow Roots Farm is a diversified vegetable operation that markets vegetables at the Saugerties Farmers Market and through a CSA program. The farm is located in the beautiful Hidden Valley in Lomontville just north of Stone Ridge. Almost 250 varieties of vegetables are grown using organic methods that attempt to maximize nutrition in the food while promoting the health of the land. CSA shares are available for the 2013 season but limited in quantity to ensure an intimacy often lost on larger operations.
