In our bakery, we craft a variety of artisan breads and pastries with locally milled flour. Nearly all items are made with sourdough and fermented for at least 24 hours, making it very digestible for those with gluten sensitivities. Best of all, it's baked in our custom-built wood-fired oven!
You can order our goods directly on our website and pick up at several weekly pickup locations, or find us at the Lynchburg Community Market (year round) and the Forest Farmers Market (starting May '23). We also offer a CSA from May to October.
