Tumbledown Farms believes that the family farm is a cornerstone of our society and we want to enjoy and ensure that future generations enjoy the healthy food, open space and the undeveloped landscape that family farms and New Hampshire provide. Tumbledown Farm supports local businesses and local families and develop our own viable economy without any government or big corporate assistance. We want to return to a time where we all participated in the food cycle, and when the local farm was the center of commerce and community. We believe it is important to know what we are eating, where it came from, who raised it, how it was grown, what is in it and what is on it.
Tumbledown capitalize on the unique skills and experiences of local craftsman and farmers, and centralize the commerce, while at the same time bringing neighbors, families, and visitors together in one central location to enjoy the activities of the family farm. In many cases, the Farm will make direct investments in business start ups that are complimentary to the farms mission of creating local jobs and that are consistent with the its all natural vibe.
Tumbledown practices sustainable agriculture methods in the teams mission to help feed their community with healthy, fresh, high quality products. The farm produces year round beef in cuts and ground, year round pork in cuts, sausage and bacon, eggs, naturally raised vegetables May through November, ornamental flowers and hydroponic greens November through April.
The farm features a beautiful 18th century barn that is available as a function hall and catering services year round for weddings, concerts, family activities, company events and special occasions. The Tumbledown Team has expanded their mission into Sanbornville, NH with a new Tumbledown Cafe serving breakfast and lunch daily using the farms and other local farms products.
