The Gorge White House features fruit, flowers, art, Columbia Gorge wine and microbrews in a historic home on a century old working farm. The orchard was first planted in 1902 and now grows strawberries, blueberries, pears, apples, table grapes, wine grapes and flowers. It is a fourth generation family farm in Hood River, Oregon. The house is on the National Registry of Historic Places. The farm has panoramic views of Mt Hood, Mt Adams and the Hood River Valley's east hills. We are pet friendly and handicapped accessible. The Gorge White House offers it's own Heritage Pear wine made from our Bosc pears as well as pear based gourmet foods.
