Grow It Forward's Harmony Cafe & Juicery is located at 921 S. 8th Street in Downtown Manitowoc. Our cafe store is open M-F 7am-2pm, and Saturday 8am-1pm.
A winter farmers market also takes place Saturdays, November-April 9am-12:30pm. Market offerings include grass fed beef, pork, chicken, eggs, honey, maple syrup, root veggies, apples, jams, baked goods, coffee, cheese, flour, candles, soaps, and crafts made in the home or farm.
