Sommers' Harvest Farm

Our mission is to increase the availability of safe, nutritious vegetables and fruit in Hamilton, NY and the surrounding region. We grow all of our products in an ecologically sensitive manner that celebrates our connection to the land. In the long term we hope to achieve this by intertwining aspects of organic agriculture, habitat restoration, ecological building techniques and energy generation, and environmental education. We farm two rented acres in Hamilton near Woodman Pond, growing over 40 different types of vegetables and more than 200 varieties - we hope to add a new vegetable to our array every year! We would never consider using synthetic chemicals or fertilizers. You can find us at the Hamilton Farmers' Market on Saturdays from 8am-1pm on the Hamilton Village Green or you can join our CSA!
