JSB Natural Farms LLC is a working vegetable, poultry (both meat and eggs), hog, and beef farm. We raise all of our livestock in a pasture based system of rotational grazing and all are allowed ample space to graze, loaf, play, etc. We raise all of our animals without any hormones, with an eye toward even healthier animals and soil. We do not use sub-theraputic antibiotics (antibiotics fed 100% of the time in an animals feed). Our hog herd consists of Registered Berkshires(the hands down winner among standard pork breeds for flavor and tenderness) and the rare "heritage" breed Registered Red Wattles. Red Wattle meat is gourmet pork, marbled like beef! Come see us at our farm in the Moreau River/Osage River hills of eastern Cole County.
