Verde Community Farm & Market

The Verde Community Farm & Market is 22-acre certified Organic Farm. Our commercial kitchen is available for rent for cottage industry food producers and our market space and outdoor green space is also available for special event bookings, such as weddings and family reunions. One of the main purposes of the Verde Community Farm & Market is to provide affordable, fresh produce and healthy menu items for the community within the adjacent food desert, as well as serve the health-conscious south Florida community at large. This project also creates income-producing opportunities for low-income at risk residents of the Homestead community. Verde Community Farm & Market is administered by Carrfour Supportive Housing as a part of the Verde Gardens community.
