Starling Yards

Starling Yards is a family-operated sustainable farm located just outside of Red Hook Village, in the beautiful Hudson Valley. The farm supplies our community with organically grown vegetables and pastured eggs through our CSA, regional restaurants and wholesale distributors. Our CSA partners with neighboring farms to offer our members additional shares of grass-fed meats, cheeses, mushrooms and flowers. Our farm feeds individuals and families throughout Red Hook, Milan, Rhinebeck, Tivoli, Germantown and Hudson. Our 22 week CSA Shares are available from June through October and are offered in two convenient sizes that include access to our Pick-Your-Own Plot where you are free to take advantage of culinary herbs, cherry tomatoes, peas, beans, hot peppers, flowers and more when you pick up your share. Pick-ups on the farm Tuesday and Friday evenings.
