Windjammer Farm

Sustainably grown (without herbicide, pesticide or commercial fertilizer) fruit, vegetables, and garlic are offered via CSA (farm pick-up or delivery to New Ulm and Mankato), local farmer's markets and on-farm sales. Free-range chickens, turkeys and eggs are fed a certified organic ration (no antibiotics, growth hormones, animal by-products or GMO's) with flax seed, making the eggs and broilers higher in omega-3 fatty acids and lower in cholesterol than the industry standard (AURI tested). The meat birds are processed at a MN-certified plant. Turkeys are available fresh for Thanksgiving.
