Let It Grow Farm

We are Michael and Caroline Lang and we operate Let It Grow Farm, a small farm on which we grow vegetables and raise animals using sustainable and responsible methods. We just started in 2012 and plan on growing the farm in years to come. We currently do direct sales to customers throughout Johnston County and at the Clayton Farm & Community Market in beautiful downtown Clayton, NC. While we are not certified, we grow our vegetables using organic methods. We currently raise chickens for eggs. They are raised on pasture and are moved frequently to ensure access to fresh pasture. In the future, we hope to raise pigs, goats, and cows, as well as small-scale grain raising for feed.
