An organic farm located in Pewaukee, WI. We are dedicated to serving fresh, clean produce to our local community. We do not use any kind of chemical sprays, nor do we use any fertilizers. The only input that we use is compost.
Our specialty and focus is salad greens and "salad fixings". We grow items that will allow you to make one of the best salads you have ever had. The greens are washed, bagged and then placed in your salad box share along with micro greens, and two or three salad fixings; carrots, beets, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, radish and hakurei turnips. The salad box is great because you largely know what you are going to get, they are more affordable than your standard CSA and you don't have to worry about getting a box loaded with every type of squash each week. The box is picked up from the farm every other week, so you get 12 boxes over the season.
