My family has had these 8 acres for three generations. It was a lot more acreage and a dairy farm, and now we concentrate on vegetable farming. We are nestled next to 300 more acres of DNR property with a creek running through it. I used organic practices, but I'm not certified organic.
A season of CSA vegetables may include a bit of everything we grow. Spring vegetables (radishes and lettuces), spinach, tomatoes, peas, beets, cauliflower, peppers. You name it and I've grown it here.
