Meadowlark Hearth
Certified Organic since 2009. Demeter certified Biodynamic for seed since 2010. Community Supported Agriculture year round because of root cellar and greenhouse. Also have cattle and pigs. Farmers have specialized in growing biodynamic vegetable seed for 30 years. Founders of a Biodynamic Seed Initiative since 1992. Grandparents homesteaded this farm. Year round website sales for organic vegetable seed: www.meadowlarkhearth.org For Vegetables from our seed: pick up at the farm: June-Sept currently we do not have a farmer's markets otherwise it is in Scottsbluff, Ne 69361 in summer downtown 18th and Broadway on Saturday morning June through September 8-11 am
Winter is at Legacy of the Plains Museum: Nov-Mar on Saturday 10 am to 1 pm, plant sales in April and May at our farm,

We have been members of this CSA for several years and previous to that purchased from Beth and Nathan at the local Farmer's Market. Quality produce and often more than we can eat so we share out with friends and neighbors in need.... [more]

We encourage all CSA farms to check out our seed offerings which we have found work well. Many varieties from Europe....we will be increasing the availability as we grow bigger.
