Miller farms is a licensed "grade a" raw for retail dairy.we are a family farm and we milk jersey and jersey-cross cows.our cows are grass fed , but do get some grain at milking. We have fresh milk available every day. Milk can be picked up 24/7 on the honor system.
we are located 15 miles west of san antonio and southeast of castroville off hwy 90.

Until last night, 11/9/2024 I was the biggest fan of Millers coffee milk, I freeze them until they?re just slushy and drink them like Frappuccinos, if you?re not afraid of the horrific pain and projectile vomiting that comes with food (and apparently DRINK born illnesses) you would love it too.... We've been drinking Miller's milk for over a year. My family loves it. It can be used to make yogurt and buttermilk and cheese. It has lots of cream if you like homemade butter or cream in your coffee. It stays good in the fridge for over three weeks. It is so yummy!
I stopped by our recently developed farmers market in Canyon Lake to see what products were offered and was pleasantly surprised to see Miller Farms offering raw milk.... [more]
