Hay Creek CSA

Hay Creek CSA is a small vegetable growing operation using organic methods on high-organic-content mulched and open raised beds. Most beds are in high tunnels for season extension, cleanliness and lower wind/moisture stress on plants. I take considerable care in choosing only the proven, most flavor-intensive varieties to grow and in preserving this quality through careful post-harvest handling and packaging for delivery.
