Soons Orchards

Soons Orchards and Farm Market has been promoting local food since 1910! We grow over 85 varieties of apples and many varieties of peaches, including white peaches plus nectarines. We also grow many types of summer vegetables, winter squash, pumpkins, and the best sweet corn. We grind our own peanut butter, make our own famous applesauce, apple cider donuts, apple chips and we press our own apple cider. Baked goods like pies, turnovers, cookies and more. We also make treats like fudge and kettle corn.
We attend the Warwick Farmers' Market, Sundays, May-Nov & Middletown on Saturdays in season.
In our store we are expanding our selection local foods - including local grass-fed beef and pork, free range eggs, goat cheese, honey, maple syrup, premium milk from pastured cows, and root vegetables/greens/onions/potatoes from the famous Black Dirt region nearby. Next door is The Tap Room at Orchard Hill Cider Mill, who makes dry hard ciders and pommeau from our apples.
We offer school tours in Sept-October on weekdays. Weekend U-Pick apples opens Labor Day; U-Pick pumpkins starts late September. Monthly farm dinners with Chef Anthony Acevedo are a fun night of delicious local food!
