WE GROW ALL WE SELL. No hormones, no pesticides. No antibiotics are used. We sell beef by the cuts and usually have a good supply of very lean ground beef and chip steaks. We have lamb and veal at various times. We will have young meat chickens and soup chickens. Our chickens are cage free. We also have brown eggs year round and are building a flock of ducks for eggs. Also have a few goose eggs. Pasture for chickens is limited due to bordering woods and predatory wildlife.
Summer time is market time and we grow an abundance of vegetables for Farmer's Markets and the home Farm Stand.

We really enjoy picking up our raw milk from Dennis at Sal-Lee Farm. The milk tastes great and is the perfect ingredient for great farmer cheese. Close to the NJ border so makes weekly trips easy. Dennis is always super friendly and willing to chat.
