Certified Organic artisan quality Farm. We raise pastured, heritage breed Large Black pigs for outstanding meat quality. Mother's Milk fed veal, broiler chickens, ducks & turkeys are also pastured. Our vegetable gardens are based on heirloom varieties. We process our own meats on-farm and hand craft products such as pancetta, coppa, aged hams, dried and fresh sausage in our own State certified commercial kitchen. We strive to produce the absolute best farmstead quality products available.
