Heart and Soil Farm KC

We are a small, family owned and operated urban farm on the north side of Kansas City, MO. 2018 is our first year for commercial production, and our first year as a farm. But I've been gardening for 30+ years, and I'm a Certified Master Gardener. Everything we sell is grown by us. And everything we sell is grown using sustainable practices, and without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. We have a variety of garden vegetables in season, as well as year round production of nutrient dense microgreens. We're currently working with the folks at CNG to become a "Certified Naturally Grown" farm. Our philosophy to farming is simple - healthy soil makes healthy plants, healthy plants make healthy food, healthy food makes healthy people, and healthy people make healthy communities.
