Prairie's Grace Farm

Prairie's Grace Farm is located 4 miles East of Elsmore, Kansas on the wide open prairie. We offer naturally raised custom-fed beef and pork, pastured poultry and free-range eggs. Animals enjoy multi-forage pastures, therefore ensuring flavorful, quality meat and eggs. We raise our chickens in movable "chicken tractors" right out on the grass. Our laying hens are cage-free. Our pigs are raised in large, open-air pens with plenty of room to move. Our cattle are pasture-raised and finished on a grass diet with a small grain supplement the last 60 days before butchering. We feel this gives us the best balance between the flavor of grass-fed, with the marbling and tenderness of grain-finished.
