Global Greens CSA

Global Greens is a farm incubator program for folks who have come to the Des Moines area as refugees. As farmers in their home countries, Global Greens participants are eager to start small farming businesses in Iowa.
Global Greens serves 20+ beginning farmers with land access, education and small business development. Farmers start their small farming businesses on a community farm and graduates now rent farms in the Des Moines Metro area.Joining the Global Greens CSA is a great way to support some of our newest Iowans in starting small farming businesses while receiving local, Certified Naturally Grown vegetables. Convenient pick up sites are located in Des Moines, West Des Moines and Ankeny. Home delivery is also an option for Des Moines residents for a fee.
