Current micro-greens/shoots : Pea, sunflower, radish, hard red wheat grass, soft wheat grass. $2/oz
Current vegtables:
Red baby beets , golden baby beets $3 for 4 oz bunch, swish chard $3 for 5 oz bag or 2 for $5, green onions $2 for 4 oz bunch
Testing small batches of red radish, broccoli, red beet, basil microgreens for production.

I come from a gardening and foraging families. My mother has a summer/fall garden every year going back to the early 80's using what is now a days called "organic" methods. My grandfather foraged for mints, chickweed, purslane, edible mushrooms, etc... Some of my first memories are helping my other grandfather sledgehammer out his Chicago concrete backyard in order to plant corn and a vegetable garden.
