McKerracher Family Farm

McKerracher Family Farm—three generations serving the local community. Situated 22 miles from Sandpoint and 22 miles from Coeur d’Alene. 

We provide the North Idaho Panhandle with Certified Organic locally-raised Produce. Bagged salad greens, root crops, seasonal berries and in the spring Organic Bedding Plants.

We also have Pasture Poultry available for pre-order starting in February with pick up from June thru September.

Our desire is to provide our neighbors with the healthiest, most delicious food, grown from fabulous, earthworm-friendly soil, using Organic and No-Till methods.   

Three ways to meet us, try our food, and get involved:

Come by our farmstand at three farmer’s markets: New Leaf Nursery (Tuesdays 2-5pm), Athol (Fridays 2-6pm), Kootenai County (Saturdays 9-1pm),

Join our year-round CSA program—a bag of seasonal produce delivered weekly in the summer, or bi-weekly and monthly during the cold season.

Visit the farm for custom flower baskets, u-pick berries, and our monthly farm-to-table events during the warm season.

In the spring, for the early birds we offer Organic Bedding Plants and Pastured Poultry available for pre-order starting in January for Bedding Plants and February 15th for Pastured Poultry with pick-up for the poultry from June through September.

Our desire is to live a holistic and deliberate life that cultivates both culture and soil intergenerationally. Culture, through educational internships, retreats, and seminars and workshops. Soil, through organic and genuinely regenerative (No-Till) methods so that we can provide our neighbors with healthy and delicious food.
